Express Volumetric Billing
Express carriers use a denser factor (5000) than standard air freight (6000).
Express Formula:
L × W × H (cm) / 5000 = Volumetric Weight (kg)
Billed at whichever is higher: Actual Weight or Volumetric Weight.
Surcharges & Limitations
Overweight / Oversize
Cartons over 30kg or sides over 120cm may incur "Oversize" surcharges from carriers.
Remote Areas
Deliveries to FBA hubs in remote rural areas may incur a "Remote Area Delivery" fee.
Residential Delivery
While FBA is commercial, mis-tagged shipments may trigger residential surcharges.

Is there a minimum weight for express?
There is no strict minimum. You can ship even a single 1kg parcel. However, rates become significantly more economical per kg once you pass 21kg.
How do I track my express shipment?
As soon as your cargo is scanned by the carrier, you'll receive a tracking number (DHL/UPS/FedEx) which you can track directly on their official portals.
